セミナー内容
今回のテーマは「雇用環境改善」となっております。既にご承知の通り、様々な要因にて雇用環境は悪化しております。それ故に、様々な手段を講じて雇用の確保に取り組んでいかなくてはならなくなっております。これまでの例会でも「採用」は多くのテーマにしてきましたが、今回はその中でも「雇用環境改善」をメインテーマとして掘り下げていきたいと思います。
また今回の第一部講座では、「障害者雇用」について学ぶために障害者雇用の専門家としてイルネス障害者雇用総合研究所代表の上前忠司氏を招きまして、「障害者雇用の基礎」について講演していただきます。現状の障害者雇用環境、該当法の改正状況、補助金活用、雇用事例を中心にお話しをして頂き、自社での今後の活用について考えていって貰えればと思います。
